Regena Robinson is a detroit native with a regal charm. Growing up in Motown, Regena was influenced by the spirit of the performing arts. Now residing in LA, she is creating her production company and showcased her one-woman play “Every Woman Has a Hidden Scar that Only God Can Heal” which empowers others to rise above their wounds.
Regena is an award winning Television Host. Her professional journalism background includes media organizations such as C-SPAN, NBC, FOX, the District of Columbia Network and the Kojo Nnamdi Show (NPR). Regena made television history by becoming the first woman to advance to the position of News Director at the NBC & FOX affiliates in Upper Michigan. During her tenure she immediately increased the Nielsen ratings and streams of revenue. Under her leadership, the news department produced stories and programming, resulting in community engagement and a record sales period in the station's history.
Regena's service transcends around the globe. Her charity commitment over the years include being a spokesperson for the National Scoliosis Foundation, a storyteller with the Orthopaedic Institute for Children, spearheading community events with numerous non-profit organizations and implementing Peace & Poetry Day. She co-founded the non-profit organization, the World Poetry Agency which developed curricula to build confidence and literary skills in children across the world. Regena also created the Queendom Reigns programs which teaches etiquette and goal setting to teenage girls.
